- Advance Payment: Once we’ve established your requirements, you’ll make an advance payment of 20% of the agreed salary or payment. This is not an additional charge, but a part of the overall compensation package. At the end of the month or upon completion of the task, you’ll pay the remaining balance.
- Account Creation: We create an account for you on our platform, giving you a dedicated space to communicate with our team and manage the hiring process efficiently.
- Talent Matching: With your requirements in hand, we delve into our extensive talent pool to find the best fit for your needs. We conduct preliminary interviews on your behalf to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are presented to you.
- Interview (Optional): If you prefer, we can arrange an interview where both you and our recruitment team can assess the shortlisted candidates together, ensuring a perfect match.
- Contract Signing: Once you’ve selected the ideal candidate, we facilitate the signing of the contract, making everything official.
- Onboarding: The selected talent is added to your account, where you can begin direct communication and collaboration. This streamlined process ensures that your new team member is integrated smoothly and quickly.
- Payment Processing: At the end of each month or upon task completion, depending on the job type, we submit an invoice for the remaining balance. You pay your talent directly through our platform without any additional charges, ensuring a transparent and hassle-free payment process.
- Continual Support: Our relationship doesn’t end with hiring. We provide ongoing support to ensure that both you and the talent are satisfied and that any issues are promptly addressed. We’re here to help your business grow and succeed with the best talent available.
